Blastrix

Neon arcade puzzle

Blastrix is a mobile arcade puzzle game for phones and tablets, developed and published by Undercover Games. Blocks fall from the top of the screen, you rotate and place them, and matching three or more of the same colour blasts them apart in chain reactions.

What the game does

Pieces fall one at a time. You rotate them, slide them left and right, and drop them onto the stack. Connecting three or more blocks of the same colour clears those blocks, and when the blocks above tumble down into fresh matches, the cascades keep going on their own.

Clearing quickly lights the fire meter, which multiplies your score through x2, x5, x10 and up to x20. Let it cool and the multiplier burns out, so the game is a trade-off between playing fast and playing safely. The whole game shifts colour with your fire level, and the pieces fall faster the longer you survive. Blastrix keeps your best score and your lifetime average so you can beat them. A full run fits into a coffee break, and the game plays offline.

How to play

  • Tap the right side of the screen to rotate the piece clockwise, the left side for counter-clockwise
  • Slide left and right to move the falling piece
  • Swipe down for a hard drop
  • Match three or more connected blocks of the same colour to clear them

Signing in with Google Play Games

Blastrix uses Google Play Games Services to sign you in to your Google Play Games profile. When you sign in, the game receives two things from Google: your Play Games player ID and your gamer name. Blastrix uses them only to identify your player profile inside the game.

Blastrix does not use Play Games achievements, leaderboards, or cloud saved games, and it does not request access to anything in your Google Account beyond your Play Games profile. It does not read your email, your contacts, your files, or your calendar.

Your player ID and gamer name are not uploaded to our servers, not sold, not shared with anyone else, and never used for advertising. Your game progress and settings are saved on your device only; scores are additionally submitted to our own leaderboard servers under an anonymous account so you can compete on global rankings. This is described in full in our Privacy policy, and you can delete your anonymous account at any time as described on the account deletion page.
