Undercover Games

Privacy policy

Effective date: August 21, 2026

Undercover Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and publishes mobile games, including Blastrix. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play our games, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Apart from the Google Play Games sign-in described below, we do not ask for, and do not collect, personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

Signing in with Google Play Games

Blastrix uses Google Play Games Services to sign you in to your Google Play Games profile. When you sign in, the game receives two things from Google: your Play Games player ID and your gamer name. They are used only to identify your player profile inside the game.

Our games do not use Play Games achievements, leaderboards, or cloud saved games, and they do not request access to anything in your Google Account beyond your Play Games profile — not your email, contacts, files, or calendar. Your player ID and gamer name are not uploaded to our servers, not sold, not shared with anyone else, and never used for advertising.

Anonymous accounts and online leaderboards

Blastrix includes online leaderboards. To make them work, the game creates an anonymous account for you on our servers: a randomly generated account ID that is not linked to your name, email address, or any other real-world identity.

When you finish a game, the following is submitted to our servers:

  • Your score and when it was achieved
  • The leaderboard version of the game build you are playing
  • Your approximate location — country, region, and city — derived from your network (IP) address at submission time. No GPS or precise location is ever collected.

Scores are used only to compute your position on the global and regional leaderboards against other players. They are not sold, not shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. This data is stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare and PlanetScale, which act as our processors.

Collected automatically

Our games use GameAnalytics, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data that helps us understand how our games are played and how to improve them:

  • Device information, such as device model, operating system version, and language
  • A randomly generated anonymous identifier (not linked to your identity)
  • Session information, such as session length and session count
  • Gameplay events, such as scores, progression, and feature usage
  • Approximate region derived from your network connection

Stored on your device

Your game progress and settings are saved locally on your device and are never uploaded. Scores are also saved locally, and are additionally submitted to our leaderboard servers as described above.

Advertising

Blastrix shows optional rewarded video ads — for example, watching an ad to continue a run after game over. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.

To serve and measure ads, Google may collect:

  • Device information, such as device model and operating system version
  • An advertising identifier (Apple’s IDFA on iOS, the Google Advertising ID on Android)
  • Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown and whether they were watched
  • Approximate location derived from your network (IP) address

On iOS, the game asks for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking occurs. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent form is shown before ads are served, and you can change your choice at any time via Settings → Privacy Options inside the game. If you decline, ads still work but are non-personalized.

How Google uses this data is described at business.safety.google/adsservices (“How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”).

How we use information

We use the collected data to:

  • Fix bugs, crashes, and performance problems
  • Balance and improve gameplay
  • Understand which features are used and how
  • Operate online features such as leaderboards and rankings

We do not sell your data and we do not combine it with data from other sources to identify you. Analytics and leaderboard data are never used for advertising; the data our advertising partner collects to serve ads is described in the Advertising section above.

Third-party services

Analytics are provided by GameAnalytics ApS. Their handling of data is described in their own privacy policy at gameanalytics.com/privacy.

Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. Google’s handling of ad data is described in Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Sign-in is provided by Google Play Games Services. Google’s handling of your Play Games data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Leaderboard and account infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare and PlanetScale. They store this data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

Analytics data is anonymous and is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Individual score submissions are retained for about 13 months; your best scores and anonymous account are retained until you delete your account.

Children’s privacy

Our games are suitable for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our games, contact us and we will delete it.

Deleting your data

You can use the Delete Account option in a game’s settings at any time. It deletes all data stored on your device and immediately deactivates your anonymous account on our servers — deactivated accounts can no longer sign in or appear on leaderboards, and their stored data is permanently removed in a subsequent purge. You can also request deletion by contacting us at the address below. Because analytics data is anonymous, it cannot be traced back to you or selectively deleted; it expires per our retention policy.

Your Google Play Games profile belongs to your Google Account rather than to us. You can remove our access to it at any time from your Google Account’s connections page.

This website

This website is served by Cloudflare, which adds Cloudflare Web Analytics to the pages it serves. That script records aggregate page views and page performance. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you; it is described in Cloudflare’s own documentation.

Apart from that, this website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. When you accept the cookie notice, your choice is stored locally in your browser so that the notice is not shown again. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this document.
