Delete your Blastrix account

Blastrix creates an anonymous account for online leaderboards: a randomly generated account ID stored on your device. It is not linked to your name, email address, or any other real-world identity — we never collect those. This page explains how to delete that account and the data associated with it.

If Blastrix is still installed

Open the game and go to Settings → Delete Account. This immediately:

• Deletes all game data stored on your device
• Deactivates your anonymous account on our servers — it can no longer sign in and no longer appears on leaderboards
• Queues your server-stored data (account record, submitted scores) for permanent removal in a subsequent purge

This is the fastest and most complete way to delete your account.

If you already uninstalled Blastrix

Because accounts are anonymous, the only key to your account was the credential stored on your device — uninstalling the game removes it. Without it, we have no way to tell which anonymous account was yours, and neither does anyone else.

What that means for any data left behind:

• The orphaned account contains no personal information — only a random ID, submitted scores with timestamps, and the approximate region they were submitted from
• Individual score submissions are deleted automatically after about 13 months
• An account that never signs in again simply goes dormant and is never shown to anyone

You can still send us a deletion request or ask any question about your data at support@undercover-games.com. We answer every request, and we will explain exactly what we can and cannot locate.

What is deleted, what is retained

• Deleted on account deletion: your anonymous account record and your submitted scores (deactivated immediately, permanently removed in a subsequent purge)
• Deleted automatically regardless: individual score submissions after about 13 months
• Retained: anonymous analytics data (GameAnalytics), which cannot be traced back to you or selectively deleted; it expires per our retention policy
